It’s 2:13 of a single phrase — “tell me now, all of it, yes” — processed, looped, layered, and gradually dismantled until the words stop meaning anything and become rhythm. A spokesperson for the band said: “We wanted to see what happens when you take a very simple, very direct sentence and strip it down to the phonemes. It turns out what happens is it sounds like someone having a breakdown in a very tidy way.”
Asked to elaborate, the spokesperson declined, adding: “It contains a sample. That’s all we’re saying. It’s free. Download it or don’t.”
