About a year ago The Buried Heads were asked to produce music for a podcast, about a pioneering deep sea archaeologist. They took on the challenge, accepting that, if it wasn’t used, no worries, they’d still like to have a go. So in the course of a week they came up with 4 or 5 instrumental tracks. The produces of the podcast decided against using them, choosing something more generic or, appropriate instead. Fair enough.

Over the course of the next year they set about making their productions ‘broadcast friendly’. It would’ve take a professional a few hours, but although the Heads had done this sort of thing before, it was never really to a professional standard.
The name of the EP is actually stolen from a piece of art by the amazing artists / print maker husband and wife team, Linda & Peter Green.
There was no fanfare upon its release, no media frenzy, let alone strategy as to how to bring it to the masses. It wasn’t shared with any friends, family. It was simply released into obscurity.
It could be described as a bit psychedelic, electronic, beat-driven… listen for yourselves.
